Today’s video is a little different… What I eat on a “cheat” day..?

Some of you may know that I love healthy food (especially if you follow me on Instagram, you will have seen my stories).

I eat really healthy 99% of the time, mostly following a mixture of Dr. Mark Hyman’s “Pegan” diet and Evan Centopani’s healthy bodybuilding diet. Essentially, eating real food, whole-foods, organic as much as possible, lean meats, healthy fats, non-processed carbohydrates, and lots of of amazing fruits and vegetables.

However, every now and then I do like to have some form of a cheat meal, something that is still good in terms of macronutrients and not full of absolute ****. Something that will still make me feel good after eating it.

So, let’s take a look at what I meal like that looks like alongside my usual healthy gainer meals!
