Easy & Quick Healthy Meal Prep for Weight Loss! Honey Sriracha Turkey Meatballs
I was super nervous to do anything fitness/health related because I don’t want anybody to think I think I’m a professional by any means. I just wanted to share a favorite recipe that I meal prepped A LOT when I went through my dramatic weight loss and I still meal prep it to this day because it’s just that good! I hope you guys love it!!

R E C I P E :
Approximately 8 servings
2 cups Jasmine or Brown Rice
Sesame Seeds
Shredded Carrots
Green Onion
Limes
For the glaze/sauce:
1/4 c sriracha
3 tbsp soy sauce/coconut aminos
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
minced garlic
For the meatballs:
2 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup panko crumbs
2 eggs
3 green onions
salt, garlic powder and pepper
Preheat oven to 375
Bake meatballs for 20-25 mins or until golden brown
