Ingredients

1 ½ cups chickpea flour
1 ¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ground flax seed + 5 tbsp water (let sit for 5 minutes )
2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tbsp oil (vegetable or coconut)
1 tsp apple-cider vinegar
4-5 mashed bananas

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients together
Grease a bread pan
Pour mixture in pan
Bake at 180°c for 40-45 minutes
Ensure it is completely cooked before removing
