It’s week 8 of our #HeadOverMeals20 and today we’re talking about snacks. Balanced snacks, that is! It’s something we do every day, possibly several times a day. What should we be looking for when we’re making ourselves a snack? First, We want to include a complex carb and a protein. Some ideas? String cheese, popcorn, hummus, apples, whole wheat crackers and the list does not end there. There are so many tasty options that are also wholesome and help us stay full throughout the day.
