Today’s recipe is healthy sandwich recipe for all.you can make it in breakfast.For lunch box they are super yummy and delicious please do try these dahi sandwich and share your feedback.

ingredients for dahi sandwich

Dahi ( yogurt ) -2 cups
( दही का चक्का – दही को छलनी में डाल कर दही का पानी अलग कर ले और दही का जो गाढा पार्ट रह जायेगा उसे ही दही का चक्का कहते हैं )
bread slice-8-10 ( White or brown )
butter 2 tbsp
cucumber grated – 1 cup.
Onion – 1 medium (chopped)
capsicum- 1/2 cup(chopped)
carrots – 1 cup(grated)
red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

cooking method –
mix all the ingredients for stuffing and fill this stuffing in bread slices .
prepare sandwich apply butter on both side and toast on tawa. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
