Tis the season… counting calories, cutting carbs, fasting, keto, Whole 30, Paleo, Vegan; the list goes on and on. Late winter, into early spring, many of us start thinking about the upcoming swim suit season. How am I going to get there!?!? We don’t have all of the answers, not even close.
