These are my favorite go-to healthy snacks and these recipes are SO easy!! I hope it gives you some inspiration! What is your favorite snack currently?!
Peanut Butter Protein Bites Recipe:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter or other nut butter
1/4 cup of honey or syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup protein powder of choice
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
optional: chocolate chips, ground flax seed and chia seeds for an extra boost
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and then form medium sized balls or press into a pan and cut into bars. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 6 days. Enjoy!
