Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
8 inch square or round pan sprayed with cooking spray
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cups gluten-free 1:1 baking flour
Sugar or honey (optional) – I used 1/2 tbsp of honey
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened dairy free milk (I used coconut milk)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup dairy free butter, oil or unsweetened apple sauce
Bake for 30 mins and enjoy!
