Ingredients:

• 30 gms Moong (sprouted)
• 50 gm Curd (low fat)
• 20 gms Onion (1/4 medium)
• 50 gms Tomatoes (1/2 large)
• 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
• 1 Green Chilli
• Salt to taste

Method:
• In a bowl, add curd, salt, chaat masala and mix well
• Add chopped green chilli, onion, tomato and sprouts. Your sprouts salad is ready!
