Ingredients:
-2 lbs Chicken Breast, Raw & Skinless (907g)
-32 oz Potato Gnocchi (907g)
-2 Cups Marinara Sauce (480g)
-2 Cups Chicken Broth (480mL)
-1 Block Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (8 oz / 226g)
-1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (100g)
-3 Cups Baby Spinach (90g)
-1 Medium Onion, Diced
-4 tsp Minced Garlic (20g)
-2 tsp Italian Seasoning
-1 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions:
1.) Dice and season chicken, then cook until ~90% done.
2.) Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
3.) Stir in marinara, broth, and gnocchi, cover, and cook until tender.
4.) Reduce heat, stir in cream cheese, parmesan, and spinach until creamy.
5.) Divide into 6 servings and store or serve.
