Urad dal 1 teaspoon (mash ki daal)
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Boiled mashed potatoes 2to3
Soya 1bunch
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon.
Soya bhaji (Dill weed)
