A commonly used recipe mainly in the kollam district of Kerala.
Healthy wheat dish made for all ages with less oil too.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour :2 cup
Water :1 cup [add water as required only]
Salt :2 tsp
Banana Boll:-
Yellow Banana Chopped/smashed : 4 tbsp
Jaggery powdered : 2 tbsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Coconut Boll:-
Coconut grated : 2 tbsp
Jaggery powdered : 2 tbsp
Sunflower oil : 1 tsp
Spicy Boll:-
Onion sliced : 2 tbsp
Chilly sliced : 2 tsp
Curryleaf sliced : 1 tsp
Coconut oil : 1 tsp
Plain Boll:-
Salt if required
Coconut/sunflower oil : 1 tsp
