Cheesy Carrot Shots

Carrats – 1/2 kg grated
Chilli – 1/2 tsp
Maida – 2 Tbsp
Coriender – 1 Tbsp chopped
Custard powder – 2 Tbsp
Potatoes boiled mashed – 2
Salt – as per taste
Nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Form a balls and put cheese cube or grated cheese inside balls
Coat with custard powder, rolled in water slightly then coat with bread crumbs deep fry until they turns golden brown.
