Hey everyone! In todays video I’m showing you healthy breakfast recipes that are meal prep friendly! These paleo recipes are healthy breakfast ideas and make the perfect healthy breakfasts! Enjoy these easy breakfast ideas any day of the week or as a healthy breakfast meal prep too. All of them are easy healthy recipes! #healthybreakfast #keepupwithliv #paleorecipes
Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
– 3/4 cup dairy free yogurt
– 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
– 1/4 tsp vanilla
– 3 tbsp almond milk
Top: grain free granola, can also add berries
Crustless Quiche
– 4 eggs
– 1/3 cup almond milk
– 3/4 cup veggies of choice: mushrooms, spinach, zucchini
– salt and pepper to taste
– Bake 25 min at 400F
Fruit Bottom Chia Pudding
– 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
– 2 tbsp chia seeds
can add water to thin out if needed
Chia Pudding:
– 1 can full fat coconut milk
– 5 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tsp vanilla
