Barnyard Millet is one of Siridhanya millets with an excellent iron content.
Soak them well, cook it for 20 mins, mix with veggies and pan roast them to make yummy hot cutlets for your kids & family.
We are also mindful of using traditional ingredients like besan/gram flour and poha or flattened rice instead of bread to get the crunchiness of a cutlet.
