Ingredients:
cauliflower crust:
1 head cauliflower (large)
1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 sea salt
1 egg (scrambled)
toppings
marinara sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
parmesan cheese
sliced mozzarella cheese
fresh basil
howto:
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Cut up a head of cauliflower into pieces. Chop and blend in a food processor until you have tiny fine pieces. Put cauliflower in a separate bowl and microwave for 5 mins. Take out the cauliflower and allow it to cool down. Take a clean cloth and add the cooked cauliflower. Squeeze out all of the excess liquid and moisture. Then put back in the bowl. Add mozzarella, parmesan cheese. Also, oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and egg. Use clean hands or a spoon and mix everything together. Place mixture on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Take your hands and form into a flat circle. Bake in the oven for 20 mins. After 20 mins add toppings. Use your favorite marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sliced mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. Bake for 10 mins. EAT AND ENJOY!
