Hey Guys!
Filmed a What I Ate Today yesterday and did low carb. Since then I have decided to up my carbs and calories because I am just hungry and seem to be burning through them with the cardio. I did however overeat yesterday and was still hungry going to bed. Felt lean this morning so must’ve needed it 🙂
As usual my approach is low carb or keto, it started off keto but then I had some fresh bread haha
