Green Smoothie for a Family of three
Children
1½ cup of Coconut Water
½ Cup of Kale
1½ Cup Baby Spinach
Blend
½ Banana
½ Celery
2 Apples
½ lemon, peeled
piece of Turmeric
Breakfast and Weight Loss
Add
2 TBSP Coconut Oil
3/4 cup Almond or Peanut Butter
2 TPS Chia Seeds with 5-5TPS Water
2TBSP Dry Oats
Blend
