Ingredinets:
*For Suji Balls:
1.semolina – 1 cup
2.oil – 1 tbsp
3.ginger paste – 1 tbsp
4.green chilli – 4 finely chopped
5.grated coconut – 1/4 cup(optional)
6.salt – 1 tbsp

*For Tempering:
1.oil – 2 tbsp
2.mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
3.asafoetida – 1/4 tbsp
4.bengal gram – 1/2 tbsp
5.black gram – 1/2 tbsp
6.dry red chilli – 1
7.curry leaves – 7-8
8.turmeric – 1 tbsp
9.red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
10.salt to taste
11.sesame seeds – 1.5 tbsp
12.cilantro – 4 tbsp

Recipe:
-fristly dry roast semolina for 4-5 mints.
-after that, in a large kadai heat oil and saute green chilli and ginger paste.
-pour in water.
-also add salt and coconut. mix well.
-get the water to a rapid boil.
-keeping the flame on low start adding roasted rava slowly, stirring continuously.
-cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the rava turns soft and fluffy.
-knead the dough for 5 minutes and prepare small balls.
-further in a large kadai heat oil and add tempering ingredients.
-now add turmeric, chilli powder and salt.
-furthermore, add rava balls and sesame seeds.
-mix gently.
-also, cilantro and lime juice. mix well.
-finally, suji balls is ready to eat.
-enjoy the breakfast with suji balls.
