Ingredients:-
1:Raw rice(pachari)-3cup
2:Uzhunn-3/4 cup
3:Fenugreek-2tsp
4:Cooked rice-1 1/2 cup(measuring cup)
5:Water
6:Salt
Soak 1 to 3 ingredients for at least 4hours.
Grind all ingredients without salt.
Keep the batter 8hours .
Make idli in a steamer.
Have it & keep smiling 😊
