INGREDIENTS:

1. 1 packet noodles
2. 1/4th cup potatoes with little pieces
3. 1/4th cup long beans or borboti with little pieces
4. 3 tbsp oil
5. 2 chopped onion
6. ½ tsp salt
7. 1 egg
8. 3 green chili
9. ½ tsp testing salt

PROCEDURE:

1. I take 1 packet spiral maggi noodles. Take same amount of potatoes and long beans. Here I won’t use instant masala packet. Instead of this masala packet, I will add some testing salt.

2. Boil water. Add 1 tsp salt. Then add potatoes and long beans. Boil for 4-5 minute. Then add noodles. Stir all. Boil 3-4 minute to sodden properly. After boiling noodles, strain water with a sieve.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion. Stir onion with oil. Fry onion till light golden colour. Add ½ tsp salt and mix with onion.

4. Add 1 egg. Scramble egg with onion. Then add boiled noodles with vegetables. Mix all nicely.

5. Lastly add around ½ tsp testing salt. Then mix all again. Yummy and healthy noodles are ready to serve. Put off the flame and enjoy.
