Ingredients
1/2 Banana
1/2 Gala Apple and/or 1/4 cup choice of berries
3 Dates or Prunes

1 1/2 tsp Almond Butter (no-salt)
1 tsp Honey

1/4 c Rolled old fashioned oats
1/4 c Tri-Color Quinoa (cooked)

1/4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Mixed nuts

~1/2 cup Almond Breeze Milk
