– Steel-cut Oats (2 packs)
– Strawberries (half cup)
– 0 Calorie Syrup (1 TBSP)
– Almond Milk (1 cup)
– 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (1 scoop_)

Recipe 2: Chicken Salad (2 servings)
– Chicken (250 grams)
– Bell Peppers (1 medium)
– Sliced Mushrooms (50 grams)
– Saute Onions (25 grams)
– Spinach (30 grams)
– Baby Tomatoes (third cup)
– Poppyseed Salad Dressing (2 TBSP)

Recipe 3: Egg Salmon Benedict (1 serving)
– Eggs (1 egg)
– Smoked Atlantic Salmon (30 grams)
