For this week’s episode I present my Fried Garlic and Jalapeno Dressing. A smooth and zesty dressing that can not only wake up a boring salad, but is also great to top vegetables like broccoli, asparagus – even that bland piece of chicken or fish. A wonderful low carb, keto recipe.

Ingredients:
6 large cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
At least 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos slices
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup avocado oil
1/3 cup water
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Liquid sugar substitute = 3 tsp sugar

Makes ~ 1 3/4 cups

Per serving (2Tbs):
177 calories / 18.67g fat / 0.46g net carbs / 0.1g protein
