Welcome back in our new Video. Today we will show you how to make Basic Coleslaw Sandwich. It is very simple to prepare at home with all ingredients easily available. It is also a healthy snack option which can be eaten by any one. You can also have only coleslaw salad as a healthy option.

Coleslaw Sandwich
Ingredients
1. 1 grated cucumber
2. Half cabbage grated
3. 3 to 4 carrots grated
4. 1 capsicum finely chopped (in small pieces)
5. 3 to 4 green chilies chopped in small pieces
6. 1/4th teaspoon black pepper powder
7. 5 to 7 teaspoons mayonnaise
8. Ghee or butter
9. Tomato Ketchup for serving
10. 2 bread slices with sides cut
11. 2 breads toasted on Tava

Method
• In a medium size bowl, put grated cabbage, grated carrot, capsicum & cucumber.
• Add cut green chillies & black pepper powder & mix well.
• Add all mayonnaise & mix well. Coleslaw is ready
• Take 2 bread slices with sides cut. Apply ghee or butter on both sides.
• Put prepared coleslaw on a bread slice & spread it evenly on entire slice.
• Keep another slice above bread slice on which coleslaw is spread. Basic coleslaw sandwich
is ready.
• Now take 2 toasted bread slices. Put prepared coleslaw & spread it evenly on entire slice
• Keep another toasted bread slice above slice on which coleslaw is spread evenly.
Both coleslaw sandwiches are ready. Cut both slices in half & serve with Tomato Ketchup.
