Namkeen Daliya

Ingredients
1-2 tomatoes
Peas (boiled)
Coriander leaves
Carrot(boiled)
Potato(thin and small cubes)
Ginger
Green chillies 2-3
Daliya 150gm
Salt
Rai
Curry leaves
Red chili powder
Procedure
1.Boil the daliya in 3 cups of water
2.Add some salt
3.Wait for 3-4 whistles
4.To make the masala
5.Turn on the flame
6.Add some cooking oil in the pot
7.As the the oil heats up add rai
8.When rai starts to splutter
9.Add the chopped potatoes
10.Cook the potatoes until well done
11.Add grated ginger, green chillies, curry leaves
12.Put in the tomatoes
13.Add red chili powder as per taste
14.Sprinkle some salt to taste
15.Add the carrots and peas
16.Cook until the vegetables are well done
17.Pour in the boiled daliya
18.Add some salt if needed
19.Sprinkle some garam masala
20.Cook until well done
21.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
22.Serve hot
