I have shared a healthy evening snack, its a without oil and easy to prepare. this salad helps in control weight.
Soak a cup of chana overnight or 8hrs and cook for 5whistle.
in a bowl add
Cooked chana
Onion
Tomato
Carrot
Mango
Cucumber
Corainder leaves
Green chilli
lemon juice
salt
black pepper
mix all and enjoy it..
