This mix of vegetables is low calorie and contains plenty of vitamins and minerals. I always make my stir fry in fast and easyway using fresh vegetables. For my sauce I used soy sauce, oil, sesame seeds, spring onion and the chili garlic paste that I make for savory dish. You can enjoy your veggie stir fry as-is, or over rice.
