Paneer Vegetables Stir Fry

Ingredients

100 grams fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
100 grams of broccoli, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ghee ( or olive oil)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 medium green capsicum
1 tablespoon Maggie sweet & sour sauce
50 grams of fresh sweet corn
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, stir and sauté till it turns golden brown.
2. Add paneer and sauté till it turns soft and pulpy.
3. Cut capsicum into triangles.
4. Add capsicum, sweet corn, broccoli, and tomatoes. Add salt and mix.
5. Stir for 7-8 minutes
6. After vegetables are soft, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Maggie sauce over
the vegetables
7. Now stir for 1-2 minutes
8. Yummy paneer vegetables stir fry is ready to be served.
