How to make Salmon Katsu:

Step 1) Curry Sauce:

4 table spoon cooking oil
4 onions
10 cloves garlic
salt
1 tea spoon garam masala
4 medium sized carrots
4x tea spoons mild curry powder
All-purpose flour
2x veg or chicken stock
12.ltr water
soy sauce (8x tea spoons)
honey (4x tea spoons)
2x bay leaves

Step 2)

Coating for Salmon:
9 ounces salmon (2-4, 2-inch thick fillets, skin & bone removed)
panko breadcrumbs
3x eggs
All-purpose flour

Step 3)

Boil Rice
