In this video I show you how to make Healthy Meatballs in the CrockPot that you can also use to Meal Prep! This is a super easy and low calorie recipe that everyone in your family will love!

Ingredients (8-10 meatballs):
-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
-Two 15oz cans of Tomato Sauce
-2/3 cup chopped onion
-1/2 tsp chopped garlic
-1 Egg
-30 gr. Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
-Basil
-Oregano
-Thyme
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Salt and Pepper
