HEALTHY GREEN LENTIL SOUP (EASY FIT RECIPES)
Today I would like to share how to make healthy lentil. This recipe is so easy. You will love it you should try.
– 100 GR green lentil
– 1 Onion
– 1 Red and green pepper
– 1 Tomato
– 700 ML Cold Water
– 1 Tea spoon of black pepper
– 1 spoon of olive oil
1- Put all in a pot
2- Cook at very low heat in 30 minutes
3- Bon Appetit!
I prefer to serve with japanese healty rice.
