Today I would like to share a healthy, simple Chinese home made traditional recipe – Steamed Water Egg – 蒸水蛋 with you. This is a simple, health yet delicious dish we often make at home, especially when we are short of time.

Also eggs is great for boosting our immune system with a lot of nutrients such as protein, zinc, Iron, vitamin A, Vitamin B-12, and selenium which are all good stuff for our immune systems. So this is a great dish to try for our stay at home period for this coronavirus pandemic.
