Today I’m sharing some healthy meal ideas that I love to whip up & enjoy. They range from breakfast to lunch to dinner meals, so you really can’t go wrong! Enjoy!

Gluten free waffle recipe:
* Add 3 cups of flax seed into a bowl
* Add in 1 cup of almond flour
* Add 2 tablespoons of baking powder
* Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Mix ingredients together.

* Melt 1/2 cup of coconut oil and put into empty bowl
* Add 10 eggs
* Add 1 cup of warm water
Blend together until frothy.

* Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and mix together. Wait a minute for the batter to thicken a bit, and put into waffle maker or waffle mold to bake.
* If baking, bake at 425 (or if you have a convection oven it’ll be set at 400 degrees) for 11 minutes.
* Take it out and let it cool and store into glass containers to grab through the week.

Smoothie:
* Add in however many berries you desire
* Add a handful of frozen beets
* Add in half an avocado
* Add in 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds (optional)
* Add in 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts (optional)
* Add in 1 1/2 – 2 cups of cold water
* Add in whatever protein your heart desires!
* Add in 1 banana
Blend together, & bon appetite!
