🛒 Ingredients
For the Chicken
* 400 g boneless chicken thigh or breast, cubed
* 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
* ½ tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* Oil spray or 1 tsp oil for cooking
For the Mix
* 1 small onion, thinly sliced
* 1–2 green chilies, chopped
* 3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
For the Yogurt Base
* 1 cup thick curd or Greek yogurt
* 1 tsp garlic paste
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp sugar
For the Tadka
* 1½ tbsp mustard oil
* ½ tsp turmeric powder
* 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
* 1 tsp crushed kasuri methi
👩🍳 Method
1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, turmeric, chili powder, and lemon juice for 10–15 minutes.
2. Pan-fry until golden and cooked through.
3. Mix with sliced onions, green chilies, and coriander.
4. Whisk yogurt with garlic paste, salt, and sugar.
5. Heat mustard oil until smoking, switch off the heat, then add turmeric, chili powder, and kasuri methi.
6. Pour the hot tadka into the yogurt.
7. Combine with the chicken mixture and garnish with fresh coriander.
