Soya Omelette is a delicious, protein-rich breakfast made with eggs, soya granules, and fresh vegetables. It’s soft, flavorful, and perfect for breakfast, post-workout meals, or a healthy dinner. This recipe is quick, filling, and packed with nutrition.

🧺 Ingredients
Eggs – 3
Soya granules – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot – 2 tbsp (grated)
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil / Ghee – 1 tbsp
👩‍🍳 Method
Soak the soya granules in hot water for 5 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess water completely.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
Add the soaked soya granules, onion, green chilli, carrot, coriander leaves, turmeric, pepper, and salt.
Mix everything well.
Heat a pan and grease it with oil or ghee.
Pour the mixture evenly onto the pan.
Cook on medium flame for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup, mint chutney, or bread.
