When you crave for sweets but can not have it as you are concerned about your health, you must try this recipe. This consist of all healthy ingredients only.
Ingredients :
1.5 Cup Rolled Oats
2 Table spoons desiccated coconut powder
2-3 table spoon Flax-seeds
Roast them all and grind when cooled down
Make jaggery syrup with 1 cup Jaggery and half cup dates
Mix the prepared powder in syrup and make barfi as shown in the video.
Elaichi and dry fruits as per your choice and flavor.
