Carrot dosa is a delicious and healthy breakfast item. Carrot contains high content of Vitamin A and Beta, Carotene which are necessary for the healthy eyes, skin and to increase the immunity.
Ingredients:
Raw rice – 1 cup
Idly rice – 1 cup
Carrot grated – 2 cups
Dhaniya whole – 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli – 10 to 15
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil as required
