Simple Dish using only 5 ingredients , Tasty and healthy too
Ingredients :
Rice – 1 cup
Black Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 6-7 cloves
Dry Chilli – 4-5 as per your taste
Salt – As per taste.
Method :
1). Take one Cup of rice and half cup of Black urad dal. And rinse it well with water to remove impurities.
2). Turn on the stove and place the cooker, use two – three teaspoon of gingelly oil.
3). Put one teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry in low flame for 20seconds.
4). Put Garlic in and fry it along with cumin seeds. Do not burn the garlic.
5). Put dry red chilies in and stir well.
6). Pour three cups of water in to cooker – double proportion of rice and urad Dal.
7). Let it boil. And add the rice and black urad Dal in it.
8). Add salt as per taste and stir well.
9). Close the lid and keep it in high heat for 3-4 whistles.
10). Once pressure is released open the lid and serve hot. 🥗
