Imagine going to the breakfast table and you smell something extremely tasty and delicious. The smell is followed by a healthy breakfast meal prepared for you: egg salad sandwiches.

This recipe can be easily made at home with few ingredients at a reasonable amount of time. These sandwiches are easy to pack and can be refrigerated with wrapping paper for up to 24 hours. Children will certainly love this meal, and so will everyone else!

Here are the ingredients:

EGG MIXTURE
-6 eggs
-1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
-1/4 tsp of sugar
-1/4 tsp of salt
-2 tbsp of mayonnaise
-1 tbsp of prepared mustard
-3 tbsp of coriander leaves

VEGETABLE MIXTURE
-Chopped cucumbers
-Chopped red pepper
-Chopped yellow pepper
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
-1 tbsp of mayonnaise

-White sesame bread
-Some butter to spread on bread
