☆ RECIPES ☆

☆ Protein Balls:
1 Cup Rolled Oats
2/3 Cup Peanut Butter/ Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Milled Flax Seed
1/4 Mini Chocolate Chips
2 TBSP Honey
– Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. Put on sheet pan or plate lined with wax/ parchment paper. Chill in freezer for 20-30 minutes. Lasts for about 3 weeks. Makes about 2 dozen! Enjoy!

☆ Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Sandwiches:
One large banana
Peanut Butter/ Almond Butter
1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Shortening or Butter
– Slice bananas into semi-thin pieces. Put peanut butter on one side of a slice then stick another slice on top to make a sandwich. Then melt the chocolate chips by putting the shortening into the bowl with the chips and putting in microwave for 30 second intervals, mixing in between until you get a liquid consistency. Dip or frost your banana sandwiches with the melted chocolate and put on a plate or sheet pan lines with wax/ parchment paper. Put in freezer for about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

☆ Strawberry Apple Yogurt Slices:
Apple
Strawberries
Yogurt of any flavor
Cinnamon
– Take out center of apple. Slice apple into thin slices/ disks. Frost yogurt onto slice. Cut strawberries into mini pieces and put onto the apple with yogurt. Top with cinnamon. Enjoy!
