Learn how to make this easy & healthy Broccoli Soup without cream but same texture and taste as any creamy soup!
One pot dish that is ideal for Ramadan iftar.

INGREDIENTS
Broccoli 1 cup (chopped)
Olive Oil 2 tablespoon
Garlic cloves 4
Oats 1/3 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken/Vegetable Stock or Water 3 cups

METHOD
Heat oil in a saucepan
Add chopped garlic, stir until sizzles
Add broccoli and stir for 1 minute
Add stock and oats
Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Blend
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with croutons
