Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you all what I eat in a day! These meals are all cooked for one person (that’s me!), so hopefully they give some of you some ideas and inspiration to get cooking at home (even if it is just for you…!) I am trying to lose a bit of fat at the moment so these meals are mostly low-carb but packed full of healthy ingredients!
