Who doesn’t love a good snack? Check out this cooking class with RD Nick as he shares about no effort snacks, buildable snacks, along with demoing his favorite cooked snack.

Egg Quesadilla:

Ingredients:
2 corn tortillas
1 egg, beaten
Dash of salt, pepper, garlic OR any seasoning you like

Instructions:
– Heat 1 tortilla in a small skillet on medium to medium high heat, 6 or 8 inch skillets work well.
– Once hot, pour egg on top of skillet and then add the other tortilla and lightly press it into the egg. Some egg will run out between the tortillas and that is fine.
– Once the egg almost cooked through flip and heat the other side to ensure the egg is fully cooked. Enjoy!
