Moong Dal Cheela or Moong Dal Dosa is a good option for weight loss as you you can make this Chilla with less oil.

For Paste of Moong Dal Cheela-
2 cup Moong Dal (Yellow)
4 tbsp Gramflour (Besan)
3 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginger piece
1 tsp Salt

For vegetables-
200 gms Paneer (Grated)
1 Small Carrot (Grated)
1 Small Capsicum (Chopped)
1 Small Onion (Chopped)
1 Small Tomato (Chopped)
Note: You can add/ remove the vegetables according to your liking.

For Masala Mix (Sprinkle)-
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
