A must try dish in the LOCKDOWN period. This is a simple stir fry dish with minimum ingredients.
This is a healthy stir fry dish and can be enjoyed as a starter or as a complete meal as well.
Ingredients:
1. Butter 25gm
2. Paneer 190gm
3. 1/2 Red bell pepper(capsicum) cut into dices
4. 1/2 Yellow bell pepper(capsicum) cut into dices
5. 1/2 Green bell pepper(capsicum) cut into dices
6. 1 medium sized onion cut into dices
7. 2 green chillies chopped
8. 5-6 garlic pods chopped
Seasoning:
1. Salt to taste (2-3tsp)
2. Black pepper 10gm
3. Chat masala to taste
Method:
1. Add 10gm of butter into the pan.
2. Add garlic and onion into the pan and fry till the onion turns translucent.
3. Add red, green and yellow bell peppers and salt and fry.
4. Add chopped chillies and freshly crushed black pepper. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins.
5. Add the fried paneer cubes to it and mix it.
6. Add rest of the butter and mix it well.
7. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top for seasoning and enjoy it hot.
Serve it as it is or give some ketchup to go along with it.
