This is a typical keralite food and a healthy breakfast. Black chickpeas are rich in antioxidants that can help promote cardiovascular health. INGREDIENTS :-

Black chickpea – 1 cup

Wheat flour – 2 cup

Chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp

Coriander powder – 2 tbsp

Coconut milk – 1 cup

Salt – As required

Water – As required

For Seasoning :-

Oil -2 tbsp

Mustard – 1 tsp

Dried red chilli -2

Curry leaves -few
