3 Healthy snacks during these quarantine times! I hope you like these very easy but so so good recipes.

Quarantine snacks:

BANANA & PEANUT BITES
1 Banana
Peanut butter
Slice the banana and but as much peanut butter as you like between 2 slices

HEALTHY BREAD
400g cottage cheese
400g oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 eggs
Salt
BLEND TOGETHER & FORM 6-8 round breads
Bake in oven on 225C until they are golden brown
Topping; I used a 1/2 avocado, cottage cheese, turkey, red onion and spices

CHOCOLATE DATE BALLS
100g dadlar
2 spoons coconut oil
1-2 spoons cacao
2,5-3 Deciliter oats
2 spoons water
2 spoons coffee
MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER and roll in coconut flakes
Topping; coconut flakes
