Today we show you Masala makhana snacks. Phool Makhana/lotus seeds or fox nuts are extremely healthy and nutritious food specially for hormonal balance and weight loss..it’s rich in protein and fibre ..it’s also packed with many minerals and vitamins so today I will be sharing 5 very simple and easy Makhana recipes. So enjoy these Crunchy, yummy and the best tea time snacks.
1. How to roast Makhana:-
In a pan or kadai add 1 bowl of Makhana and roast them on very low heat…keep stirring them in between..it might take between 10-15 minutes…to check if they are roasted properly just take one Makhana in hand and crush it …if it breaks nicely with a crunching sound that means they are done.
Ingredients:-
1 cup roasted Makhana
1 tsp mint powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
htb sabji masala
half tsp black pepple
1 tsp ghee
14 tsp red chilli powder
14 tsp turmeric powder
