Salam everyone!

In todays video I’m showing you my favorite recipes for suhoor. These are healthy, filling, quick and easy to make!!!

– Breakfast tarts:
Crust: 1 cup oats
Half cup mixed nuts
Quarter cup sunflower seeds
Quarter cup pumpkin seeds
1 spoon coconutoil
1 spoon honey

Topping:
2 spoon greek yoghurt
Your favorite berries
Your favorite nuts

Blend well and put it in greased muffin tray. Pre-heat oven and bake them for 8-10 mins on 180 degrees. You can store them in a jar for 2 days. Put your topping, right before eating or else they get soggy!

– Acai Bowl
Smoothie :
1 packet of frozen Acai puree
Less than half banana
A little bit of apple juice
A few cubes of frozen mangos

Toppings :
Strawberries
Blueberries
Coconut flakes
Cacao nibs
Almond butter
Chia seeds
Banana

Blend together the smoothie and put it in a bowl. Top of with your favorite ingredients! If you don’t have acai where you’re living : you can freeze in your favorite berries and create a bowl with that!

– Breakfast Burrito
Whole grain wrap
Leftovers from iftar i.e. :
Chicken
Grilled veggies (aubergine, bellpepper)
Avocado

Take 1 whole grain wrap and put inside leftovers from the night before. You can use chicken, meat, veggies, eggs anything you have at home! Put it in the oven for a few minutes.
